Having over 25 years of experience in executive recruitment and sourcing, Christi has built her career on connecting talented professionals with meaningful opportunities. She joined Allina Health six years ago as an executive recruiter and soon transitioned into physician recruitment, where she has spent the majority of my time supporting our clinical teams across a range of specialties. 

Christi partners with Talent Acquisition members to develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies for Allina Health’s Physician and Advanced Provider recruitment efforts.  While collaborating closely with lead physician recruiters, she designs and implements strategies that support service line growth, facility expansions, and talent pipeline development.
