CentraCare – Long Prairie offers high-quality, convenient care close to home to a service area of nearly 15,000. The campus features a Level IV trauma center and critical access hospital, a family medicine clinic, and wellness center, 12 private inpatient rooms, 8 universal rooms, 2 labor and delivery suites, 2 operating suites, a separate ED entrance with trauma bay, and advanced imaging including MRI and 3D mammography. Outpatient services include chemotherapy, IV infusions, rehabilitation, transitional care, diabetes education, integrated behavioral health, and a midwife program, complemented by visiting specialists and tele-stroke/STEMI collaboration with St. Cloud Hospital.
