CentraCare, a leading not-for-profit health system and one of the largest providers of rural care, serves patients across Central, West Central, and Southwestern Minnesota. CentraCare – Monticello features a Level IV Emergency Department and a 25-bed critical access hospital with a Birth Center, Medical/Surgical Unit, Pediatrics, ICU, and a 10-bed Geriatric Behavioral Health Unit, alongside extensive outpatient services including heart care, neurosurgery, nephrology, perinatology, respiratory care, sleep center, surgical services, urology, vascular care, diabetes education, integrated behavioral health, and wound care. Full imaging and laboratory services, an 89-bed extended care facility, Monticello Cancer Center, and CentraCare EMS support the hospital’s offerings.
