Chesapeake Health Care, with offices located on the beautiful Eastern Shore of Maryland, is a federally qualified health center committed to improving the health of the people in the communities we serve. Our mission is to provide affordable, culturally competent patient and family-centered health care, leading to individual and community wellness to residents of the three lower counties in Maryland, regardless of their ability to pay.Our healthcare center has 13 sites and more than 100 providers on staff to provide health care to the region’s patients in the following disciplines: adult and family medicine, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, urogynecology, mental health, dental, and pharmacy. Chesapeake Health Care has locations in Salisbury, Pocomoke, Princess Anne, and Berlin, Maryland.
