St. Mary’s clinic is perceived as a valuable part of the East End of Houston because it serves the uninsured and underinsured of the city in a culturally sensitive manner. It provides affordable preventive health maintenance, and treatment for acute and chronic diseases. Our prescription assistance program, flexible scheduling and fees for service payment system allow the community to access care that they could not otherwise get.
St. Mary’s also provides vaccines for children through the VFC program and health educational services to patients and the community.

CHRISTUS Point of Light Clinic is located in a medically under-served community 30 miles southeast of Houston in Dickinson, Texas. Led by family practitioner, Sister Ricca Dimalibot, M.D., and family nurse practitioner, Andres Gil, MSN, RN, NP-C, the Clinic opened in 1989 in response to a growing need for healthcare providers in a low-income area between Houston and Galveston. Twenty-eight years later, the Clinic continues to provide quality, affordable healthcare to thousands of men, women and children annually.

St. Mary’s Clinic is located on the near east side of Houston. It is a short 15 minute drive to the center of Houston where there are multiple venues for the visual and performing arts, sports (Basketball, Soccer, Baseball) and very active night life with a wide variety of music, entertainment and food. NRG stadium, which hosts the Houston Texans football team, is a short drive to the west. For people who enjoy the outdoors, water sports, including fishing and sailing are available along the Gulf coast. Galveston with its beaches and Bolivar Peninsula with it wildlife refuge is only 1 hour away.
