As a Senior Physician Recruiter at Memorial Hermann Health System, I am dedicated to identifying, engaging, and placing high-quality, compassionate physicians who align with one of Texas’ most respected healthcare organizations. With over a decade of experience in recruitment and 10+ years specifically in healthcare, I bring a deep understanding of clinical hiring needs and the nuances of provider engagement.

Previously at ChenMed, I filled critical positions across primary care, advanced practice, pharmacy, and leadership roles supporting 38 clinics across Texas, Florida, and Virginia. I managed 30+ requisitions per market, and I’m known for my ability to partner seamlessly with hiring leaders, deliver value-driven hiring strategies, and onboard talent who truly make an impact.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Arkansas Grantham, along with a Certification in Human Resource Management from The University of Texas at Austin. I also bring hands-on experience in training, systems implementation, and recruiting process improvement.
