About Us

Pearl Street Medical, part of the Praxis Health network, is a newly established clinic in Eugene, Oregon, that opened its doors in summer of 2024. This clinic expands Praxis Health's mission of providing compassionate, community-focused healthcare in the Eugene and Springfield areas. Pearl Street Medical offers a variety of services, including primary care, diabetes management, mental health services, and specialized care through partnerships with its sister clinics Oak Street Medical Clinic, Thurston Medical Clinic and Oregon Allergy Associates.
