Saint Agnes Medical Providers (SAMP) was founded in 2013 under the leadership of Dr. Stephen P. Soldo, Saint Agnes Medical Providers (SAMP) is a physician led, multi specialty medical group dedicated to delivering high quality, patient centered care.

SAMP offers comprehensive medical services through a broad range of specialties, including Cardiology, Cardiothoracic Surgery, Endocrinology, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Bariatrics, Colo-rectal Surgery, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Occupational Health, Orthopedic Surgery, Pediatrics, Pulmonology, Rheumatology, Surgical Services, Urgent Care, and Vascular Surgery.

Saint Agnes Medical Center (SAMC) – Saint Agnes Medical Center's mission and values were first inspired by the Sisters of the Holy Cross who, with a staff of 32, opened the original 75-bed Saint Agnes Hospital in 1929 at Fruit and Floradora streets. We answered the Valley's need for expanded health services with our move north in 1975, and have since evolved into a 436-bed, state-of-the-art medical center campus.

As a member of Trinity Health, we serve nearly 235,000 people each year, helping move lives forward on the path to good health.

We are further expanding our programs to give Valley residents greater access to needed primary and specialty care. This includes offering several new Saint Agnes Care sites in Fresno and Clovis, as well as two Urgent Care facilities for those minor illnesses and injuries that can't wait for an appointment.

In addition to growing our physical presence, Saint Agnes is also focused on continuing its strong partnerships with two regional providers to form an integrated health care delivery network unlike any other in the region.
