Brandon joined the St. Charles Talent Acquisition team in 2023, bringing over a decade of experience in healthcare operations, scheduling, and recruiting. Originally from North Carolina, he currently supports recruitment efforts across the system and is responsible for full-cycle recruiting, including creating and executing recruitment plans to proactively source candidates and meet the unique needs of assigned clinics and departments. Prior to joining St. Charles, Brandon held roles at Vidant Medical Center and Pitt Community College, where he specialized in coordination, staffing strategy, and provider support.
