Born and raised in Bend, Isaac leads the Provider Talent Acquisition team at St. Charles Health System. Since joining the organization in 2018, he has advanced through multiple roles and now manages a high-performing team focused on provider recruitment and onboarding. Isaac plays a key role in aligning talent efforts with organizational growth. He is passionate about contributing to the health of his hometown community by helping build strong, lasting provider teams across Central Oregon.
