University of Vermont Health is a rural academic health system with more than 100 years of service to small towns and cities across Vermont and northern New York. We are deeply committed to reimagining rural health in ways that will benefit our communities for generations to come and keep exceptional care close to home.
As a community of caregivers, we work together to provide the highest quality, trusted, compassionate and equitable care to more than 1 million people in our rural region. Through our hospitals, outpatient clinics, specialized treatment locations, long-term care and home-based services, we bring people, expertise and technology together to care for people from birth through end of life.
UVM Health employs more than 14,000 caring individuals to provide or support the care our communities receive across our health system, including 1,900 physicians and advanced practice providers. At the heart of our health system are our people — our friends, neighbors and family members. Together, we bring compassion, expertise and humanity to caring for our communities.
