Willowbrooke at Tanner's partial hospitalization programs (PHPs) are designed for two types of patients: those who maintain themselves in the community at a minimum-to-moderate level of functioning and present no imminent harm to themselves or others, and those who are making the transition from inpatient care back into the community.
The hours for PHP programs are 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Monday through Friday, for adults with a behavioral health diagnosis or a behavioral health diagnosis with chemical dependency issues. During the regular school year, the child and adolescent PHP program hours are 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., Monday through Friday; however, during the summer months, the program hours are adjusted to 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Transportation and meals are provided to patients in all partial hospitalization programs.
