Women’s Care is a specialty women’s health physician group founded in 1998 by a small group of obstetricians and gynecologists in Florida. Our organization has grown tremendously throughout the years. We have more than 100 outpatient locations across Florida and over 400 healthcare providers that care for more than 930,000 unique annual patients. Our providers perform over 24,000 deliveries per year and conduct obstetrical, preventive, and gynecological visits yearly. We always strive to offer our patients the highest level of care in obstetrics and gynecology, gynecologic oncology, urogynecology, and genetic counseling.

- Provider wellness - To support the team's resilience, options from mediation to yoga were developed for providers. Flexibility amongst colleagues to foster work/life balance through a shared call schedule enhances the provider culture.
- Quality Care Report - Women's Care focuses on the highest standard of care, utilizing the Institute of Healthcare Improvement framework for quality reporting with our STEEEP dashboard. STEEEP: Safe, Timely, Efficient, Effective, Equitable, and Patient-Centered Care.
