Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center

Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center (CMC) is the flagship hospital of Atrium Health and one of the largest and most comprehensive academic medical centers in the region. Located in Charlotte, North Carolina, CMC offers a full spectrum of quaternary and tertiary services and serves as the region’s only Level I trauma center. 

CMC is a major academic medical center and one of North Carolina’s five Academic Medical Center Teaching Hospitals, providing residency training across multiple specialties and serving as a regional campus for Wake Forest University School of Medicine.
