Based in Lexington, Kentucky, the practice includes 12 sub-specialty physicians and 16 advanced practice providers supported by 5 primary office locations, 2 satellite clinics, in-house MRI capabilities, a dedicated outpatient surgery center, and 5 rehabilitation suites that provide seamless continuity of care.
