Bon Secours Ear, Nose, Throat & Allergy of St. Mary’s is seeking a dedicated and skilled Otolaryngologist to join our growing practice in Richmond, Virginia. This is an outstanding opportunity to step into a well-established patient base within a thriving, expanding service line where you can make an immediate and lasting impact on the community.

You will provide comprehensive ENT care across both outpatient and hospital settings alongside a collaborative and experienced clinical team. With increasing patient demand, this role offers strong clinical volume, procedural diversity, and the ability to quickly become a valued leader within the practice and broader health system.

Role Highlights:
• Monday–Friday schedule | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Call rotation: 1:4
• High-volume practice: 25–30 patients per day
• Diverse patient mix: ~20% pediatric / 80% adult
• Immediate opportunity to support and expand ENT services across the region
• Strong referral network and established patient base

What You’ll Do:
• Deliver comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of ENT conditions ranging from routine to complex cases
• Perform a full spectrum of ENT procedures, including tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, sinus and septal surgeries, rhinoplasties, laryngoscopies, otologic procedures, and head & neck surgeries
• Collaborate closely with audiology, speech therapy, oncology, and other specialties to provide truly integrated care
• Educate patients and families to support long-term health outcomes and prevention strategies
• Participate in multidisciplinary care planning in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Qualifications:
• MD or DO with completion of Otolaryngology residency
• Board certified or board eligible in Otolaryngology
• Active or eligible Virginia medical license
• Strong surgical skill set with experience across a broad range of ENT procedures
• Excellent communication and patient-centered care approach
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, collaborative clinical setting
