About our facility

We are a family of organizations serving the mental health needs of our community and beyond. While each organization provides their own services, we all share the same values, the same vision, and the same purpose: to help people with mental health needs thrive. We hold CARF International accreditation for our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) and outpatient programs.

The ACT team delivers continuous, community-based care for adults living with serious and persistent mental illnesses such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or major depression. The interdisciplinary team includes psychiatrists, nurses, case managers, therapists, and peer support staff working together to provide wraparound care where clients live and work, with services extending beyond therapy to daily living, employment, and wellness goals.  We accept Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance, and offers services on a reduced-fee or no-cost basis based on clinical need.
