Hudson Physicians is planning a new medical center in Lake Elmo, Minnesota, as part of our continued expansion throughout the St. Croix Valley.

Expected to open in 2027, the Lake Elmo location is planned to provide primary care and urgent care services for Lake Elmo and the surrounding communities. Additional information about the facility, services and opening timeline will be shared as planning progresses.

The new location will be supported by Hudson Physicians’ established network of 70 providers across western Wisconsin and eastern Minnesota.

As an independent, physician-owned organization, Hudson Physicians gives providers a meaningful voice in how care is delivered and how the organization grows. The Lake Elmo Medical Center will offer physicians a unique opportunity to help shape a new practice, establish its clinical culture and build lasting relationships within a growing community.
