Plaza Medical Center of Fort Worth is a 320-bed medical facility that offers comprehensive diagnostic and treatment services. Since Plaza Medical Center of Fort Worth opened in 1974, we've proudly watched Fort Worth and its surrounding neighborhoods grow. That's why we're investing $57 million into updating our facility. The expansion will enable us to accommodate the increasing demand on our hospital, including our Top 100 Heart Program and our Neuroscience Center of Excellence. This means additional Open Heart Surgery Suites, a new Cardiac Critical Care Unit, more Cardiac Catheterization Labs, a Neuroscience Intensive Care Unit, and expanded Emergency Room, and much more! Located in the heart of the medical district, Plaza Medical Center serves as a tertiary referral center for Tarrant County and west.
