Southeast Urogyn has been caring for women with pelvic floor disorders across the Jackson metro since 1999. Our founding physicians have spent more than two decades building one of Mississippi’s premier Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery practices, with offices in Flowood and Madison. We treat incontinence, prolapse, and other pelvic floor conditions, and many of our patients have lived with these problems quietly for years before they find us.

"We’re looking for 1-2 board-certified or board-eligible urogynecologists with fellowship training to join our team. You won’t be starting from scratch. Our referral network is established, so you’ll inherit clinical and surgical volume from day one rather than spending years building a panel. The focus is full-scope urogynecology and reconstructive surgery, with robotic surgery access and a dedicated urogynecology surgery center in Madison.

Our group is built on collaboration. Our founding physicians are committed to mentoring the next generation of specialists, and that mentorship is part of daily practice, not an afterthought. We share surgical experience, discuss difficult cases openly, and work alongside advanced practice providers and an experienced staff. New physicians are never expected to navigate the practice alone.

We also believe a strong career should leave room for a full life. Our schedule is physician-designed, so you can choose whether to maximize surgical volume or build more balance into your week. Call is minimal, and nurse triage support handles much of what comes in after hours. Our physicians are paid premium compensation, with a competitive guaranteed salary, productivity incentives, and strong long-term earning potential. We also offer a clear path to partnership track and are seeking future practice partners.
