About Us

Since 1981, when a small group of nurses set out to bring care to underserved members of the local community, Tri-Cities Community Health (TCCH) has grown into a federally qualified health center built around one idea: no one should go without care because of what stands in their way. We offer a sliding fee scale based on income, a delivering pharmacy, free bus passes for patients who need a ride, and integrated behavioral health built right into the patient experience. Our services span family medicine, internal medicine, behavioral health, dental, and optometry, with an on-site pharmacy at most locations — giving providers the chance to practice whole-person medicine alongside a team built to support it.
 
For providers, that mission comes with real lifestyle perks: no nights or weekends, plus 200 hours of vacation banked upon hire to support your annual schedule and patient load.Our FQHC status also opens the door to HRSA student loan repayment — a benefit hospital systems can't match.
 
We're based in Eastern Washington's high desert — sunny, a river running through town, easy access to hiking, biking, and water recreation, with Spokane, Seattle, and Portland all just a few hours away. No Washington state income tax means your paycheck goes further, too.
